Does the anemone look like it's full??

Seriously. My RBTA ate a sick tang once, but it was pretty obvious. There was a fish-shaped bulge in the anemone's midsection. The thing is, this really only happens with sick fish, not too often with healthy specimens.

Hi, did you find your tang? Our baby blue Tang was missing since early morning and 10 p.m. it suddenly appeared when the lights were out, but it seems paralyzed on one side and is lying on the floor and tries to move in spurts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Anemones will feed on any fish stupid enough to swim into it. Sick, healthy, large or small. They sting it to death and eat it...The clown seems immune to the sting and can host certain anemones.
In my tank...the fish that were in the tank when the anemone was new, had no problem staying away from it...new fish became lunch in one day, so I couldn't add anything new to the tank. I no longer keep the beauthiful fish eaters.

If you can't find your tang within 48 hours, more than likely its RIP. Most tangs will show themselves daily because they are active swimmers.
Check underneath the stand and sofas, sometimes they go carpet surfing.
