IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TANK WITH SALT WATER AND YOUR CHEMISTRY IS GOOD AND STABLE-- I WOULD STICK TO NON AGRESSIVE FISH. NASO TANG. YELLOW TANG, SMALL PUFFER, AND A GOLDEN BUTTERFLY WOULD DO IT. IF YOU GO WITH AGRESSIVE FISH- TRIGGERS, SOHOL TANGS, LIONS, AND SOME PUFFERS YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DONT HAVE QUARANTINE TANKS AND A HOSPITAL TANK THAT ARE SET UP AND READY TO SUPPORT LIFE. YOU WILL FIND THAT WHEN YOU BRING HOME A FISH AND PUT HIM IN THE TANK- ALL OF A SUDDEN IT IS A FIGHT TO THE DEATH WITH ANOTHER BELOVED FISH AND YOU CAN DO NOTHING BUT WATCH. I HAVE ACTUALLY HAD MY KIDS IN TEARS WATCHING THIS HAPPEN AND THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO BECAUSE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD A TANK TO TRANSFER ONE OF THEM TO WAS THE FISH STORE AND THEY WERE CLOSED.
SUGGESTION- BUY A 20 GAL HOSPITAL TANK WITH A FLUVAL PUMP, HEATER ,AND UV- ADD ONLY DEAD ROCK, FAKE PLANTS AND NO GRAVEL. LET IT CYCLE BEFORE YOU ADD EXPENSIVE FISH SO YOU CAN HAVE A QUARANTINE TANK AND A POSSIBLE HOSPITAL WHEN SOMEONE GETS SICK.
BUY A PIECE OF PLEXIGLASS THAT FITS IN YOUR TANK TO SEPARATE NEW FISH FOR A FEW DAYS. AFTER THEY HAVE SEEN EACH OTHER FOR A FEW DAYS, WHEN YOU LET THEM LOOSE THEY DONT EVEN SEEM TO KNOW ANY DIFFERANCE AND FIGHTING IN MINIMIZED- TRUST ME - IT WORKS
QUARANTINE NEW FISH FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN YOUR 75 GAL - ANY SIGN OF SICKNESS - DO NOT ADD- ASK FOR HELP

wow thats kinda scary, never had any problems like that. another fishu could try is a harlequin tusk fish when they are young they are shy when they get bigger they get meaner

Unless you have a 200-300+g tank in the works, I would not get a Naso. Very nice fish, but get incredibly large. I often see Naso's in 135g tanks and they are clearly very very cramped in there. Yellow or Kole tang would be a better choice, IMO. A dwarf angel would be nice. Foxface rabbitfish is also a good choice (though watch the dorsal spines which are venomous...still a very tough fish with good color). I am also a fan of the gramma or a pseudo (not both). Some of the smaller species of wrasses (reef safe varieties) are also good chocies, but more delicate (velvet wrasse, yellow coris, etc) and some need a good layer of sand to sleep in.
May want to consider if you ever want corals or other inverts before deciding on fish.
