So I have a 10k daylight and a 10k atinic( I think) and a NO light. I want a coral that requires moderate-high flow and low lighting(Im assuming mine is low) for my clowns to host. Whatchall suggest?
Help me choose.

If you have PC lighting and you are looking for something that a clown will host, I would suggest either a large frogspawn or hammer coral. Either would be fine under PC lighting, and both like flow. Make sure the coral is large though, because the clown could rub it raw and end up killing it if it is too small.
