Help me create a nice setup.

I have no idea what I am doing with saltwater tanks, but I wanna create a set up with my 18 gallon tank lying around. Can someone recommend me a good lighting system and filter? It's gonna be a community tank, and I want it to be a nano cube??

1st get a good book... this is the most recomended:

LR and LS is the best biofilter you can get
Any HOB filter will work fine for mechanical/chemical fitering
