Help Me Decide On a Test Kit

Okay, so I know this should sort of go in the new hobbyists section, but it could also go in the reef section as I'm planning on making a reef tank, and I would like to recieve more responses.
So, I'm planning on setting up a 29 gallon reef tank, with corals scattered everywhere.
I'm also planning on a clam in the far future.
Can you please refer to me some test kits that are accurate, but don't break the bank?
