go to frys....they have the best retail prices.
ummm dont get that mobo....
i would go with a higher up name brand....
you can get an ABIT or a DFI for under 100 bucks if you look around
Ive never been a big fan of intel.... AMD are just as bad ass and much less in cost.
All you are paying for is a name with INTEL you can get a amd 3000 64 bit for the same price and it will blow that dinky prescott out of the water....plus INTEL is a heat factory

Check out zipzoomfly.com, they have very good prices. I don't particularly like the AOpen MB, I just recently got the soyo dragon2 black label for 159. with a 100. rebate.(haven't receive the rebate yet) Also check out stores like circuitcity, etc for sale on memory. With rebate, a ddr 400 512mb cost about 69 dollars. I would rather get two 512mb ram than 3 to 4 256mb ram.

I go there to do my homework on all computer stuff....they have some great mobo and chip combos too....
and about that mobo...i'd def go with a nice asus or sumthing...trust me its soooooo worth it....here's a nice one..
Asus P4P800S-X Intel Prescott i848P+ICH5 Chipset 400/533/800 MHz FSB DDR400 PC3200 AGP8x 4PCI LAN 6-channel audio ATX P4P800SX With cpu - Pentium 4 3.0GHz Prescott 1MB CACHE 800FSB 478 Pin w/Heatsink & Fan with 256MB PC3200 Memory
$306 for everything
i'd get a chip and mobo combo and git a gig stick tho....

joker and jon are right, I am in the computer buisness and i always buy from newegg thats one of the best stores out there.
i would check pricewatch first and if newegg cost a couple dollars more i would lean more of neweggs way just because of their customer support, also look for a different motherboard, the one i recomend is the DFI Lan Party and don't get intel get an AMD processor they are way better, more now than before because microsoft updated their OS to run in 64 bits with the 64 bit Athlon.
