Help me identify

These rocks came out of a nano tank I bought.
I transferred some of the rock into my big tank and these guys started growing.

Button polyps/palys - they are good
simmilar to these

If you have any super slow growng corals I wouldn't put them near them as they grow quite fast but not a bad hitchhiker

Where should I put them in the tank?
I have two corallife 150 MH.
Lighting?
Flow?

Mid to low depth. medium flow. Like Keri said, they can be aggressive growers. Fortunately in my tank, they been a little slow. But I like the heck out of them.

you said you got them from a nano tank? Do you know what lighting your friend was using and did he have these in his tank?
