HELP ME OUT

aloha everyone
i need help. im wanting to get started with a tank. i want to have a reef tank eventually. ive only ever had fresh. any good tips on the best way, and best equipment (tank size, filters etc. etc.) for a beginner. i dont necessarily want the easiest since i like challenges but granted i am just getting started.

A good book is a wise choice also, Natural Reef Aquariums, by John Tullock, Aquarium Corals, by Eric Borneman, and The Coral Reef Aquarium, by Ron Shemik are all great books.

Contrary to what ijji said, LFS usually have little to know knowledge and worse, give out false information. Go with the books Adrian recommended, I also recommend The Reef Aquarium by Julian Sprung.
