unfortunately there arent many "dwarf" anemones except for mini-carpet anemones but they are not what your looking for. i would start with a seabae or bta. you can feed it silversides and shrimp.
anemones require very stable water quality and good lighting as well as an established tank. what are your lighting and filtration like... how old is your tank?

You have asked very very big questions all require much more than a few sentences to answer. My advice would be to research and read more before you take the anemone route.

BTA (AKA E. quadricolor). They are the easiest to care for. Small hunks of shrimp will be fine, but dont peel them. just rinse them really really well. many people will tell you that you need an established aquarium of at least 6 months. I wont go there. I will say that they need an established (experienced) reef keeper of at least 6 months to understand what/why there anemone is acting the way it does.
