help my bubble

hello could someone please hel my green bouble isnot opening. i have had it for two weeks. it would open alittle wen i first got it but now look!
it is housed in a 10g tank with a 96wt pc live sand 20lbs lr an acuaclear 200 filter and a rio 50 power head. it is not in direct current but has some. help please thanx

Definitely looks like a coral in serious trouble. Tissue is recessed and looks like algae frowth on the leading edges. How stable is your water chemistry and what lighting source was this coral in before you purchased it? I would make all attempts to provide moderate lighting and current...possibly try to direct feed a small portion of meaty type food(mysis)...other than that there is not much you can do in your current system...
