Help, my clown is not moving around alot!

I just bought 2 new ocellaris yesterday, one died... RIP lol. The second one is not swimming around alot nor eating mysis shrimp... Is it going to make it? It's constantly opening and closing it's mouth. Why?

we need some stats on your tank, temp, ph, nitrites, nitrates, ammonia, SG, so on and so forth, along with size of tank and list of other inhabitants

79f, 1.025, ph 8.3, nitrites 0.1, nitrates 0.1, amm 0, 10 gallon ref with soft corals and 7lbs live rock and 10 lbs live sand, hang on filter.

Does the LFS give any kind of warrenty? Sounds like they were not healthy to begin with. Do you know how the gill got damaged?
