Help My Coral Beauty If You Can

While transferring my fish from a hospital tank, my coral beauty freaked out and ran in to the green carpet anemone. I got him loose but now he has this white slime all over and his eyes are cloudy. Anybody know if I can help him or is he doomed?

This is coming kinda late, but you might want to place this fish in a QT so that he is not harrassed by other fish. He may likely die, but you will have better luck treating him if he is on his own in a QT where you can administer first aid.
If he has tenacles still on him, see if you can peel them off. Add a slim coat additive to the QT.
What's the fish's status at this point?

I freshwater dipped him twice, lowered the salinity to 1.012. In two days, all the slime is gone, his fins and part of his upper bach look like tattered rags. His eyes have cleared up but he is still not eating yet. I'm going to try to feed him from a dropper today.
