All of a sudden my fish: purple tang, blue tang, and trunk cubicus (I don't see any on my clown or the yellow tang) have 2 to 5 white spots. I have an empty 20 gallon tank which I can use as a quarantine, my question is that since I don't have it set up with proper water, light, filters, etc. Can I just LEAVE ALL THE FISH IN THE MAIN TANK and remove the live rock with the anemones attached and the flame scallop, and treat the ich with a copper-based medication? I much rather take a chance with the anemones being transfered to a new tank and not the fish which not only are beautiful, but were very, very expensive. My cleaner shrimp molted last night but it was eaten by the fish (I found part of the new body), so the only inverts I have are the anemones and the flame scallop. Please answer me fast!

Also, do I shut off Biofilter, Protein skimmer, and remove the carbon from power filter?

Resun 1000 Biofilter

Well, today has been one of the most frustrating and saddest day yet. As of this morning I saw the first signs of ich, so I quickly set up the QT with the same salinity, pH, and temperature as the main tank. I went out and got the copper sulfate medication and put 1 drop per gallon as it stated. Before placing the fish in it, I quickly gave each a 1-2 minute fresh water dip since I read it was a good idea to do so. The fish did not seem stressed and were swimming around. However, within two hours, my regal tang and purple tang started to breath very rapidly, settled to the bottom on their sides, and did not move around at all. The ich spread all over their bodies slowly throughout the day, and they both started to discolor in patches. The yellow tang also started to breath heavily and also settled on its side. Within the next hour the Regal died, followed by the yellow tang. As of now, the purple tang is still alive. My clown is also alive but is also resting at the bottom except it is not on its side. The cubicus is the only one that is swimming around great and even ate. It has some ich on the fins as well as the body, yet it does not seem to be bothered by it. The point is, I don't know what went wrong so fast!! I really thought they were all going to make it. I cannot believe how fast this disease progressed. Any ideas?
