Help!! my fish is sick!

hello everyone,
I need some help with treating my batfish. I have a very healthy saltwater aquarium but today I noticed my 1 year old batfish acting funny, he appears to be quite stressed and has a few small wounds (I am positive its not from aggressive tank mates) and he scratches himself against the live rock and is not breathing normally. So I separated him from the other fish as soon as i noticed his condition and i would like to know what i should do to treat his sickness. I am assuming its a bacterial infection.

Wound? What else would cause wounds other than aggression? Can you post a picture of the wounds?

at the moment i do not have access to a camera but i will post pictures as soon as possible. Im not sure how the wounds got there as none of my fish are ever aggressive towards eachother at all. they are just about 3 quite small sores on only one side of the fishes body.

I would bet its another fish. The fact that you haven't seen aggression, doesn't mean that it doesn't start up.
How big is your tank, and how many fish do you have?
