and 2 small white spots, one on his tail and one near his gill. what should I do? I dont want to let it get any worse and I have inverts in th tank. Is a freshwater bath a good idea, if so what is the procidure??

before you do a FW dip, diagnose the problem. Go to the page that talks about different diseases and match up the symptoms. You can't fix it if you don't know what it is.
I would quarintine it if you can. If not, do a large water change and feed it foods soaked in vitamins. My koran angel had both eyes clouded and I did the water change and after a few days it went away. Just make sure he eats a lot of good foods.
