Help! My flame angel has one cloudy eye and ...

and 2 small white spots, one on his tail and one near his gill. what should I do? I dont want to let it get any worse and I have inverts in th tank. Is a freshwater bath a good idea, if so what is the procidure??

what u have could be two things...it could be ich, or it could be oodian (marine velvet). unfortunatly, I am learning the hard way also, I have already lost a sweetlips clown (grunt) and I have a tomato clown and a yellow tang clinging to life. what you need to do is git a no copper medicin for these things. although new they are redily avalible. I just purchased some, it's clalled rally, and it's made by ruby reef. I purcased it from a place called northcostmarines.com it is also avalible at many other sites. as for the fresh water dip. yes it is a very good thing to do. but, be extreamly careful. this causes extrem stress on the fish. but it can kill the bacteria if caught in the erley stages. just put the fish in a thing of diclorinated water for about 30 seconds, give or take, if you see the fish gitting really anoid git it out. your best bet is to have someone who has did it before do it for you. good luck, and keep me informed
