Flower pots have a very very poor survival rate in the home aquarium, but there are a few "pro's" here who have seem to be keepkin them alive for a longer amount of time. I dont know if you use synthetic salt of not, but it seems to be pointing to fact that the sythetic salts are missing something that cannot be replicated. that worm you have there is completely harmless, I think its a spaghetti worm! or I forget the name but harmless.

Same here, I also heard they dont do well with skimmed tanks either.

This seems to be true... so, do you have a skimmer, awilson500?

they like lagoon type waters, so an LPS tank whichi is not skimmed. HIGH lights, and gentle flow. Otherwise, it is a mystery why some do very well, but most diminish over a year or so. Sorry.

It also seems dyed to me...the color doesn't seem natural, even if it is under actinics.
But yes, many many many will die.
