Help my one day old fish is sick! Doing the right thing?

I think my one day old Brown Powder Tang has the Ich. I noticed small white spots on its body that were not there the day before. I picked up some herbal Ich (have crabs and snails) from my LFS and followed the directions, which called for 10 about teaspoons that being half the bottom for my 92 gallon tank. I also removed the charcoal from my wet/dry. The directions say to follow the ten teaspoons daily for a week this seems a bit much and costly using half a bottle a day for one week. Suggestion, help please?

Does he eat? You could try feeding him garlic. While its a preventive i've seen it clear up ich i think There are a number of ways to treat it but all involve a seperate tank. Powders and Blue tangs are notorious for doing what you just got..... Do some searches on hyposalinity and copper treatments.
