Help! My rocks have flees?????

Tonight I decided to check out the night life in my tank, I turned the lights off and after it was dark for a bit pulled out my flash light and began looking around. And to my surprise saw many many many greyish flee like looking creatures crawling all over my rocks!!!! I had noticed at night before a few critters out and about, but these were amazing, and soooooo many. Is this good....bad....solutions....suggestions?

They are amphipods or copepods. they are ok.food for fishes,though.

If they are the size of a dot(.) then they ae copepodes. If they are (--) then they are amphipodes. Food for fish and a good sign of a healthy tank.
