help my yellow tail wrasse

my yellow tail wrasse is like sticking his head out of the water what should i do. thanks for all help given

What are your chemical levels, especially your ammonia? I am guessing it is dangerously high.

i check everything today and everything is allright.my flame hawk and cleaner wrasse are doing okay.
