Help! Naso Tang with ick

Today I went down to my fish room and noticed my newly acquired naso tang has a few white spots on one of his fins. What are some quick cures he will not eat any prepared foods so garlic is out of the question. Any suggestions? Medications? Salt baths? I don't want to loose this fish! Any suggestions on good effective cures will be most appreciated. Thank you for any help.

Also Ive read about hyposalinity but i cant do it in my main tank due the fact there are several inverts. So can i just catch the tang and dump him in a bucket? If so how long should i leave him in there? Thank you again for any help.
