Help! Need advice on H2O changes/Test kits for BioCube 14

:help:
I upgraded from a Eclipse System Six to a BioCube 14 on Friday. My only tankmates right now are a fire shrimp, margarita snail and a hermit crab.
I currently have 14 pounds of live rock, with 7 more coming on Wednesday. Live sand bed, bahama oolite.
I upgraded my tank because I wanted to be able to have some corals. On Wednesday, I will be getting a small pair of true perculas, who are already hosting a bubble anemone at the LFS, and a sixline wrasse. The LFS has been holding a lettuce slug, pom pom crab and red leg hermit for me also.
I want to do everything "right" with this new tank, so I need some help.
As for water changes, should I just do mini water changes every day?? If so, how much?
Test kits... Can someone recommend a good one for me that is all inclusive?
Supplements/food?? Any recommendations for the corals??
Also... I've been keeping my moon lights on throughout the night and turning the other lights on from 8am-5pm. Is this okay?
Any and all suggestions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

If you can, try to see if your lfs can hold your 6-line for a few more days after you get the percs. Adding 3 fish at one time to a fairly new tank might make it crash.
I'm sorry to say that the stock lighting on the bio-cube still isn't strong enough for an anemone, and even if it was, they need a well established tank. You can try to get them to host other corals that will survive in your tank, such as frogspawn, which my percs absolutely love!
You can do mini-changes everyday, but who wants to do that? Just do like 2 or 3 gallons a week.
Food for fish: frozen food is the best for them. I use to like formula one until they added that gel binder, making it impossible for my fish to eat. Now I feed frozen mysis shrimp.
Food for corals: Corals also like to eat mysis shrimp, but for some corals it's too big, so I give them cyclopeeze. Every coral loves it. I also dose my tank with DT's phytoplanton for the filter feeders such as feather dusters.
People like to simulate dusk and dawn by turning on the actinic lights on for an hour, then both lights, and then one hour of actinic before lights out. Doing that from 8am to 5 or 6pm should be fine.

DeMartini YOU are the BEST!!

I will definately have my LFS wait until next Friday (3/9) to bring out my sixline. I certainly don't want to add anymore stress than I have to on my tank and it's tankmates!

I will have them bring out a frogspawn instead of the anemone when they bring the percs out and see if I have any luck with them hosting that! :happyfish
I cannot thank you enough for all of the valuable information and suggestions you have offered.

Like I said... you're the best!!
