HELP need help on feeding and spawning dragonets

I want to buy a new 30g aquarium and want to put only dragonets and breed them I need help on how will I keep getting pods do I need a special filter or something and also is there something I can put the eggs in without getting them sucked on the filter

You can produce pods in a separate tank, and put them into the dragonette tank. Just google for plans and instructions. It is pretty easy.
