HELP! New Wet/Dry

I have a new wet/dry and I still need to add a bottom sump for a 55gal do you think a 10 gal will be enough? Also what other additions should I add to my basic wet /dry? Protein skimmer, etc??

Bigger is better. I have a 20 gal sump and it is crammed full. I think 10 gal will be way too small to fit a skimmer and the size of the sump could limit the skimmer you choose.
What state are you from. There is a Dayton Washington about 45 min. from me.

i would put the biggest sump you can fit in there!!! you will always want to add more things. from heaters to skimmers, maybe a few filterfeaders in the sump (oysters etc). bigger is better. also this decreases the prob your sump will flood when your power goes out or your pumps will run dry
