That is normal. Sometimes they do that after they eat. I would just wait it out and most likely it will go back to normal.
To be safe I would check all your levels to make sure there isn't anything wrong.

well, they say to let your tank age for about 6-8 months before adding any corals or inverts, especially anemones - who can be pretty sensative. Sounds like your lighting is a little weak, and the nitrates could be causing problems. Those right there are enough to stress your little guy out. Try and get your nitrates below 10 and see about getting higher wattage bulbs. If it starts looking worse, i'd remove it to a QT, just in case. Should it die, they release toxins into the water that could cause other fish to die which could cause a full-blown crash. Better be safe than sorry!
Now i'm not an anemone expert, though. You might want to try asking this in the reef forum, you might get better info from them. hope this helps!!!

My Pink tip Haitian does that sometimes but mostly at night. At first I thought it was dieing but I beleive it is normal after doing a lot of reading. Anything that happens to Anenomes happens slowly since their metabolism is really slow. For ex. something you do now in your tank you may not see a reaction for days or weeks. Any reaction by something you do you probably can't stop. Since people notice that something is wrong or it is dieing there is nothing you can do but let it happen usually.
When mine eats, most of the tentacles pull in and turn greyish and then after awhile they fill with water and back to their normal color. I understand that the zooanthella is dieing if the tentacles turn bleached white. Mine has had some bleached spots on it but they changed fairly quickly so it may have been stressed that showed up a week after I put it in the tank. I hope all that made sense.

I'm sorry but your lights are nowhere near enough to support an anemone. Try moving it closer to the lights and see how it reacts..I've seen them look like mush then return back to normal..
I woudln't count it dead yet and also i have yet to see and dead one kill a tank.

The anenome will usually move around until it finds the best place it thinks it needs to be. Well not actually think but maybe get comfortable.

i still think your lighting is too little for an anemone, and that you should upgrade your lighting or lose the anemone...
