Help on corals!

Hey guys just need a little help on getting started w/ corals. I got a 24 gal jbj nano well heres the specs: standard with two 60 x 60 mm cooling fans, (2) 36 watt combo bulbs and remote ballast, 290 GPH submersible pump. Its been cycled for about 1 month now and i was wondering what kind of corals can i have. What kind of supplies do i need to help maintain a small reef tank and food wise to keep it running?

I think mushrooms,zoos,and leather corals(i.e.toadstool)make good first additions.Later on when your tank matures then you can get LPS.I don't think you have enough light for SPS though.
Supplies you mean supplements?
I keep calcium,strontium and magnesium,iodine around but I rarely ever dose.Water changes seems enough to keep those where they need to be.Remember to dose only if your 100% sure you need it.
Food wise for the coral I use DT phylaplankton(sp.),zooplankton,cyclopeeze,oyster eggs.Research and ask question about food types for corals.All don't eat the same thing and some don't need supplemental food.

hmm whats lps and sps stand for and how can u tell if u need to add a supplement??

my understanding is SPS=hard coral, LPS=soft coral that has a hard stalk, and then there is softies...i think you can figure that on out. i add iodine for softies and stromium and i think magnesium for LPS

ooh i can give u my complete list of fish, inverts and corals!! i dotn own any of them yet but its all easy to care for..tho u may want to do additional research...well...heres my list so far...

...just remember im upgrading to 130wattas pc in a shallow tank..so youll need to stay away from anenomies..but other than that im pretty sure most of the stuff on my list would be perfect for ur tank..plus they all look really cool!
