I am new to Zoas and bought 10 frags this week, not sure I made a good deal or not. I was surprised at how tiny they were, They were attached to a small square rock, looks to be rock and several of them were no more than 1/3 inch in size, a couple maybe 1/2 inch. They were 10.00 each, There were several polyps on each about 3-4 but so tiny. Is this normal ? Also do I glue the rock in the location I want them in my live rock. I really need some help with this guys.

10$ a frag isnt bad depending on coloration. some are worth more some less. without seeing the colors of them all its really hard to say whether you got a good deal or ripped. but guessing blindly I would say you probably got a fair deal.

Thanks but can you help me with how to place them, do you just set them around on the LR or glue them or leave them in sand bed, they are on sand now for day or two to adjust to tank.

leave them on the sand till they get used to your lights. what kind of lights do you have?
if mh they can stay on the lower level of the tank cause they kinda melt if they are not used to the light.
then glue them or set them where you want them and they will spead

Zoa Frags dip first, set in sand bed for two days, then decide placement (probably top 1/2 of your tank), thendefinately glue em down.
