Help on ordering

I have tried to buy a reef package. I click on add to cart and get nothing. If I click back back then it shows one item added. I try to checkout and get this.

Proceed to Checkout
New customers should select this option.
Returning Customer
Email Address:
Password:
Save login information?
Forgot your password? Click here
After I filled out I get the same page again. Just keeps repeating. How do I buy something???

I had no problems ordering after creating an account. There was one person who could not order, but they were in Canada. SWF.com doesn't ship there, apparently.

I made an account and when I go to try again it says it recognizes it. But it won't go any farther. I even tried the previous order column and it goes back to the same screen I was just on.

Try the "contact" button on the side column. There is an email you could try.

....but, it will probably take you at least a few days to get an answer back. That's one of only two things I don't like about swf. The other is, they are always out of stock on alot of things. The stuff they have sent me has always been excellent quality though.

Make sure your browser (explorer, firefox) is accepting cookies. When transfering secured data you need to have all SWF cookies on your machine. This happens to me all the time. I use firefox and have to enable cookies when ordering.
Just a thought.

Ok, I tried messing with the computers internet tools options and went to privacy clicked on advance and accept all cookies. I still can't order. Any thing I am missing?

What browser are you using? Can you go in a view cookies and see if the SWF are enabled or denied? You could always go a clear your cookie file and temp files and cache and start over and see if that works. You will have to retype passwords and such but it shouldn't harm your machine in anyway. I set up my machine to ask everytime a cookie wants to be set and I do not accept temp files and routinely clean out cache. This is usually where all the nasty stuff hides.

I don't know much computer stuff. By browser, is the Interent Explorer? I have a dell computer. Where would I find view cookies. How would I clear the cookie file and what exactly is Cache? I just wnat to know why this computer stuff is s'pose to make the world better but gives so many headaches. I (at this point) would rather not have a computer and not known the deals I am missing because this pos is too confusing. All I want to do is order something and it's gotta be this hard.

From explorer go to tools, then to internet options, genral tab in that window you should see temporary files and cookies. This is where you can view delete temp files and cookies if you wish. internet options privacy tab at the top, this is where your security is if it at the high security this is probably where the problem is b/c it denies all cookies. Now in this window click the sites button, this will show you the sites that are blocked, you can add SWF and tell it to allow cookies.
Read all options for security, I don't know what other security software you have so its hard for me to say. But check this stuff out first.

I tried the delete cookie thing and and allowed all cookies. I even tried typing the name of the site to allow that specific site. I don't know what's up. I want to throw the computer out the window. Thanks for trying to help I really appreciate it. It's just getting frustrating. I need the crabs and the package is just what I want. I am starting to get overrun with algea and I can't get what I need. This site seems to be great. Has happy customers and good prices. I don't trust just any site. This place seems to do well with previous customers and that's what I want to be. Is there a phone number that I can call an order in? If not I think I am just SOL. I really need the crabs.

I don't get it! On the left hand side of this page is a contact icon. There should be an email addy to contact the store.
