Help on Sequence pump

My sequence pump it not working right. It started out with the circuit breaker going out. When I turned everything back on the pump started acting up. It will take water out of the sump but it will not return the water. I have a dual corner over flow. One of the returns to the sump has water coming out but the right side has nothing.
I replace my GCFI shock buster because it would not reset after the circuit breaker popped.

is it below the sumps water level? try pouring water down the outlet side pipe to prime the pump.

see if you can find you solution there.It may just be a case of the impeller shaft being to tight.If that dosent work and your circuit breaker keeps tripping dont just keep resetting it and trying again . Contact Sequence and or a electrician.
