Help On Sump/Fuge

Heres a quick design. I suck at drawing. :hilarious Does it look right? It's going to be a 29g. Dimensions are 30"x12"x18" Can someone help me out with sizes of baffles and spacing? The skimmer im using has an 8" footprintand it cannot be submerged more than 8". Mag 7 pump for return is about 4" wide. I'm thinking a 4" sand bed would be ok with a some LR and chaeto. Flow is left to right.

looks good but i would lower the baffle entering the fuge so the water could flow up and through the fuge and create a tumbble

So the 3rd baffle from the left i need to lower? Any ideas on sizes of the baffles? Should it be 1" between the baffles and 1" space under the baffle?

yes thrird baffle and 1 inch is good pluss 1/4 inch thick glass would be good
