I checked the water again tonight and all peramiters are doing good! What is happening in my tank???? Fish look ok also... how do i get rid of the hair alge???
Thanks for anyone who can help!

There are many things that can cause this, bad lighting,Sunlight getting into the tank, old bulbs, phosphate or nitrates, also a young tank will go through an algae phase before it matures...Your best bet for getting rid of it (long term) is figuring out which of these are causing the problem. The trickey part is figuring it out.You see as long as the algae is in there, the readings WILL appear normal. The algae is feeding on the excess,so the readings show normal...For the green bubbles you can add an emerald crab or two.And a lawnmower blennie will eat the hair...Once it(the algae) is gone, then you will be able to get an accurate reading on Phosphate, and nitrate...
