Help!! Parasites!!

I think my fish have Ich. I have a red snapper and a naso tang that appear to have small white spots along their entire body. The snapper seems more bothered by it as he scratches against the bottom of the substrate. I know that copper is the best treatment, but I have a lionfish. I have tried a freshwater dip with the snapper but that didn't seem to help. I don't have a quarantine tank. Does anybody have any experience using malachite green? Any other suggestions. Thank you.

Put both of your fish in your quarantine and treat with copper and formaldahyide. Put them in ASAP. Make sure you maintain a copper reading of 0.50 in your quarantine and check your copper everyday to make sure this level is maintained.
I wish you luck. maintaining this level will produce cures for your fish. anything less than 0.50 will not cure and anything over 0.50 will be toxic to your fish. keep your copper level at 0.50 and let me know what happens. I have cured 2 maroone clownfish and 1 yellow hawaiin tang with this method. let me know what happens

go to the Disease and Treatment board. you may want to read about other ways to treat (lowering the salinity).
good luck

I use something called MarinOomed. It workes GREAT. Cleared up the ich in about a week. And it's NOT COPPER!!! :D But next outbreak I'm going to try to use Hyposalinity.
