HELP....pic question

How can i upload some pics that are too big. the max is 102 b, but mine are 300 b. need input. they're really good pics too.

They offer a free 3 megabyte image hosting account...FREE!! Just upload into your account, and then use the IMG link above to paste in the address of the picture.
Works great for me, don't have to downsize high quality photo's.

You need photo edit software of some type. Try croping some of it out using paintbrush?
