Anyway i now need some more help if possible from all my old friends!! :) :)

You could try a couple of snails Margaritas and cortez ceriths are small and efficient at removing algae. they will do better than those hermits.

You could use what I call a "magnet scraper?". Its two magnets, one on the outside of the tank, and the other on the inside(the inside magnet has a rough side to scrap off the algae). This will remove ALL of your algae off the glass. I got one and it did wonders for me. :D

i personally don't use any chemical additives of any type
i would get some snails, where and what does the algae look like, snails or other clenaers often concentrate on certain things only, so this may help us to be able to answer your question and recommend what type exctly
a scraper would not hurt any either
and lastly welcome back, haven't heard a word from you in a while
most important, what are your water parameters??

well IV:XX i have the magnet scraper and
it works for the front and the back but i almost always knock my LR when i use it on the sides b/c my rock is touching the sides.
fishub my algea that grows on the walls is is mainly green on the right and scarlet on the left side.. it's quite strange if you ask me and if you have anymore advidse i would appreciate it!
thank you!~ :D :D
