Help Please

I have a 5 gal hex by eclipse it has a blue damsel and a clown in it. Also have mushrooms and polyps in it. Everything was fine at temperature 75 but my son turned it up to 79. I turned it back down. Everything except the blue damsel is fine is is breathing heavy. Any ideas what to do or will time tell.

most of us maintain our temps in our nanos around 80 degrees during the day. The drastic up and down temp change is probably what got the damsel. He should be fine, just give him some time and watch him.
