help please!!!

I ordered a few fish and among them is a naso tang. One of his eyes has become engorged to around 4 or 5 times the size that it should be. It is only his right eye and not the other one. It was fine this morning and i just noticed it a hour ago. Anyone know what i should do? please HELP!!!
