Why is protein skimmer cup filling up in 30 seconds? I have had it for months, it has worked great in the past and now it's driving me nuts. It's also blowing bubbles like crazy. I have messed with the air intake know for hours...

i was about add that i dosed red slimer remover 4 days, i knew it could put the skimmer on the fritz, but this just seemed a bit odd. this skimmer was off for the first 2 days

no, im assuming i should? im such an amatuer, i was ready to throw this skimmer across the yard and burn it
