help please

hey my dad set up a 75 reef tank with great fiji rock about a 100 pounds of it well tank cycled now for the past two months i have lost 9 fish since it cycled anything from a yellow eyed tang to six line wrasses ranging in size there have been 9 diffrent kinds of fish dissappear and the ones in there now look really stressed plus ive been lossing shrimp snails and crabs laying on the bottom empty shells some oif the hirmits r laying on the bottom pulled out of there shell i was wondering if it a mantis shrimp or what it would be the invert and corals lookgood fish r just dissappering and dieing if it is a mantis shrimp what is the best way to get one out fast or kill it please email me at sitnlowdownsouth@aol.com or post reply please need help

A mantis is not going to cause stress in fish. It will just strick and kill wo any fish knowing what is going on.
I can say that your tank has been way overstocked for being such a new tank. Give some info about all the fish you have put in, as well as sizes. What are your acclimation procedures? What type of filters are you using and how is the water circuation? What substrate? Are you adding more than 1 fish at a time. Are they getting a parasite or introducing fish disease to your tank?
