HELP PLESE

I have a pair of clown fish, then 1 clown got clown disease.....itz not alot. I started to noticed a little tiny white sopt at the tip of the fin.. i dont think it was the clown disease..so i didnt do anything about it... now the white spot got bigger not too big...itz about the size of a pin head....there is 2 of them...and im not sure i think there is alittle bit on the body...well my other fish get the disease to?? how can i treat it?? it that clown fish with the disease going to die??? help..... please any reply is greatly appericiate....thank you

Give use some details about what the "clownfish disease" looks like. Describe your fishes' behavior? Are they still eating.
What are your water readings and what type tank do you have? Fish only?
