HELP!!! Poor sick tang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a khol tang i got like 2 weeks ago. He was eating fine but now he seems paronoid. He keeps swimming fowards then almost vertically backwards. His colors seemed to darken to a much more purple color but there are some patches of lightness on his face. He keeps darting arond all diffrent ways and eradicly swimming. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Describe the patches around his face more? Are they whitish? Doe it look as if the skin has erroded away?
What are you feeding the tang? Do you have a grounding probe? What type of tank is the clown in? What are you nitrate and phosphate readings?

The patches around his face look like paler skin and almost like its eroding away. Is this HILLE? He was eating fine and I think all water parameters are fine. All of the other fish are fine its just this one tang. I am feeding him frozen food like krill, marine supreme, and some seaweed.

Do you have a grounding probe?
What type tank/filters/etc do you have the fish in?

The darting part: Hes probably getting used to you being out side.
All our fish like to do that for a month. Yes they do swim back before they dart. And they extend there fins. (i guess thats an attempt to scare you). The purple may be a natural color change but im not sure. Cause my yellow tang is brownish when he wakes up.
