While that clown has ich, the crawling things you are seeing in your tank are unrelated to ich. Ich is a microscopic parasite that can not be seen, except when it is attached to the fish.
Hyposalinity is your best option. Since ich is highly contagious, any other fish exposed will also need to be treated. There is info on ich and treatment in the FAQ Thread at the top of this forum.

How big are they? What do they look like? Likely just live rock micro creatures, but without a picture, its hard to say.

theyre about .5 mm to 1mm long...about .25 mm in width...
theyre more elongated
its hard to get a picture because theyre so tiny

Hehe it was more of a confirmation question to others. I have a ton of those on my back and side glasses especially when just actinics or lunars are on. If you look at your sand bed really closely you should be able to see tons of those running around. They are on the rock work.. everywhere.

Good guys :)
Direct copy...
Copepods are crustaceans. They are found almost everywhere where water is available and they constitute the biggest source of protein in the oceans. Most of the economically important fishes depend on copepods and even the whales in the northern hemisphere feed on them. Trillions of litte copepod guts produce countless fecal pellets contributing greatly to the marine snow and therefore accelerating the flow of nutrients and minerals from surface waters to the bottom of the seas. Predatory freshwater copepods have been successfully used to control pests like Dengue fever.

Looks like it... bad and good. What else do you have in your tank? You need to treat the clown and other fish and preferably do this in a QT. If you have inverts in your tank, you can't hypo the fish in your DT. Hypo will kill the inverts.
