help quick please!!!

yesterday I got home from work and I could not find my Tang. The day before i had spotted some ich on him. Yesterday I found him on my power head. When i removed him he swam away. Thank god he is still alive. tonight i got home from work and his eye is terrible. He has a cloudy bubble over his eye. The LFS suggests a hospital tank to treat the infection. First off what kind of infection is it. Secondly I cant afford to set up a hospital tank right now, my wife will snap!!!. Whan can I do, should I just say my goodbyes now, is he going to die, and if not will his eye get better on its own. Please help, as this is my fav fish. Thank you so much for your time.
Oh yeah i tested water it is perfect, everything is doing well

You'll likely get better help with this issue here than you would in the reef forum....thats why I moved it. Best of luck....

It only cost about $20 to get a hospital tank (a 10gall, and a cheap filter, and something for it to hide in) Thats not alot considering.........

If you dont want to buy a tank. Try a new,clean 5gal bucket.
