Help...quick...plz!!!

I have a fluval 204...
I was wondering if anyone knew the phone # or the address to the company to get replacement parts....my lid has a crack in it and it is only 3 mths old...Leaking H2O everwhere!!!
Held together with ducktape for now but no pressure what so ever!!!

Alright calm down, big breaths--
obviosly disconnect the thing!!!
Then call the place where you got it from--they should replace it or give you the numbers you need to take this matter up with the manufacturer. If this is your only source of filtration you might want to consider buying something cheap asap just to keep you running--prefferably something you can use your media in --don't lose the media out of this canister-then you will lose all bio-filtration and really be screwed.
i've neverheard of one cracking like that--weird.
