Help, relocated reef, troubles

I relocated a reef tank after purchasing it. The tank has been up and running for under a week in my house and for four years prior to that. The tank is a 90 gallon, wet dry filter with catridge, protein skimmer, UV sterilizer, live sand and rock and several fish. Although the fish seem to be doing well I think the rock is not. There is a brown fuzz developing, small balls of organic material float to the surface and the ammonia level is creeping up. When the tank was transfered the water in travel did get cold and some (approx 25 gallons was replaced new). Any advice would be appreciated.

Give it some time. Be patieint with it. The floating stuff will go away after a while. You could increase flow towards the top to help move it along.
