Help Sick Clown Trigger

My clown trigger has white spots all over his body and his eyes are clouded over. What is it? He was fine this morning and now this. How can I treat this. Do they sale the med. at wal-mart because that is the olny store open tomarrow? Thanks I hope this works I cant loose this fish he is my favorite!

They are tiny smaller than salt. water is 0 amonia 0 nitrite 30 ppm nitrate. I have live rock, live sand, snails, crabs, 1 snowflake eel, and 6 small fish (2 percula clown, 3 Damsels, 1 niger trigger). I can set up a quarantine tank if I need to. I just havent bought any fish for a long time(6 months except the 2 percula witch I bought last night and that is when I noticed the clown). Thanks for your help.

My digital camera has a poor resolution so you really can't see what it is. I have bad news while I was at work today he passed. Great thing to come how to. . All other fish look fine if it was ich do I need to treat the whole tank now or just watch real close for symptoms on the other fish? Now I have to save up money to replace this fish. I will wait a few months to make sure there is nothing else wrong with my other fish or tank.
