Help sith sump/fuge dimensions

I am setting up a 75 gal. I have a 30 long that I will be using for a sump fuge. I have read some threads about the sump fuge design with a center return and I like that idea. I was hoping to get some help with the layout. I was wondering where to put the baffles, what size baffles will need to be, and eventually I will probably have some plumbing questions.
I will be getting a coralife ss125 for a skimmer
5"x7.25"x24.5"
Using a Mag 9.5 for return pump
Overall tank dimensions are 36"x12"x16"
