Help--Sudden Death happening

Any advice on how to save a wellsophyllia from sudden death? Since Thursday, my brain has been deteriorating (perhaps longer, but the death has been happening since Thursday).
I've had it for about 2.5 years, and haven't had trouble until now.
I JUST checked my water---everything is perfect--0 nitrates, phos and amonia. Calcium levels have always been good. I did a small water change just recently (last week) with DI water. Haven't added anything new. I did change my calcium supplement from C-Balance to B-ionic about two months ago. I also changed the lights in the tank about a month ago. No other corals are experiencing the same problem, in fact they are thriving. The brain sits "by itself" near the top of the tank (where it's it's been for about a year), and is not in the stinging range of any other coral.
I also have a maroon clown that likes to host in corals...and sometimes does bother the brain.
Wondering what's going on and can anyone help me stop the death of the brain.
