HELP!!!!Unknown disease

My tank raised percula clown has some unkown disease.
You know how at the edge of the fins it is transparent well now it isn't.
It is a milky color and has little tiny dots.
Also the whole fish is sort of a milky color too.
HELP!!!!!!!
What is it????????
How should I treat it??????
What are the chances of survival?????
Everything else seems fine.
All other fish and the one perc are eating and swimming normally.
Except one other fish rubs against rocks and seems to have no visible problem.

This sounds just like ick. What type of tank do you have and can you setup a hospital tank??
The best treatment for ick is hyposalinity. Survival rate is good, if you act fast. There are 2 active threads in this Disease Forum with stickies by Terry B that describe in detail what ick is. Additionally, there are several thread regarding treatment. Use our search feature.
If you need additional help, post back.

Could also be Marine Velvet, or perhaps even clownfish disease. MV is like Ick only worse, a nasty parisite, and can be treated the same as Ick. Clownfish disease is a bacterial infection I think, and Terry would be better than me at recomending a treatment. You could do a search on both and find good information.

Sorry it has been so long to reply but I do not think it is ich.
None of the other fish have this and if it were ich all the fish should have it by now.
Help!!!!
It is not really possible to set up hospital tank.
I do have one more extra tank but my extra filter being used to cure live rock.
