Help w/ Pumps

I'm replacing a pump for my built in protein scimmer. Need opinion on two different pumps or other sugestions. Rainbow Lifegard Quiet One 3000 or RIO 2500UL. Thanks for your help.

Ok yeah Quiet One.
Don't buy Rio when you have a choice.
I'd personally buy a Mag over a Quiet One, but there are lots of folks here who have great things to say about the Quiet One, so I'd say you are good either way.

ya what ever you dont get the rio i had rio for a return pump and it burned up and almost destroyed my whole tank. i switched to the mag drive and i am very happy with it i also heard that the quiet ones are also good.
