help.What is this? Small egg looking things on glass

0 AMM, NITRATE/ITE
2 clown fish
2 damsels
1 lawnmower blenny
1 flame angel
a Blue tang that is in QT for ich
Cleaner crew,
Anenome bulb tip
rasta leathers
zoozs
button polyps'
mushrooms
LR/LS
These small egg like spots on my glass are on the sides, front back of tank. They are white in the middle and translucent around it about the size of a typed letter. Like this O. I think a pic would be worthless.

It could be just that, an egg. Snail eggs look like what you described. Also all sorts of small invertabrate could fit that description. I think it is harmless, but if you are worried about it, Kill it. It will harm nothing to keep it or kill it.

Could be hydroid jellyfish, spirorbid worms, or q-tip sponges... all harmless.
Pictured is a hydroid jellyfish, the most likely critter.
If they are snail eggs, they are most likely stuck to the glass in a trail or pattern.

They are snail eggs and in about a week or so they will be eaten up.
